Keep the 27 column headers exactly as shipped — the pivots are bound to those names, and renaming one silently drops a chart. Paste values rather than whole cells so you do not overwrite the table formatting, then press Ctrl+Alt+F5 to refresh everything at once.

If you add your own measure, add it as a pivot calculated field rather than a helper column, so it survives filtering the way Reliability Rate and Contract Margin do. And if you are handing the file to a client, relabel the demo firm names first — leaving invented company names in a document someone might read as research is the one avoidable mistake with a template like this.
