You can use the picture effects in your chart by using the Camera functionality or Linked Picture option available in Paste Special (Home tab). You can give the beautiful look to your dashboard or presentation by using this technique. Your chart still will be connected with your data. As soon as any value changes in data, chart, and picture will be changed.
